Today was a fun one.
We put the first bottles of Dakota Shy on the wine wall. There’s still plenty of construction dust around, but the flooring is all down and it’s starting to feel like a real wine bar.
This week should be a big one—our front door is being installed, bathroom vanities are going in, and a lot of finishing touches are starting to happen.
We wrapped up the day testing a potential menu item: Rigatoni alla Norcina. Safe to say it’s earned a spot in the conversation.
One step closer to opening the doors.
