Rule #11 has been added giving the bottom 2 players 7 days to challenge up before they can be called out again giving them a chance to move up. Without this change they will never get the opportunity to move up always having to play challengers off list.

Rules:
1. Races will be to 7. APA 8ball rules
2. You can challenge anyone 1 or 2 spots above you
3. If you lose a challenge match, you cannot challenge anyone for 30 days. But you can be challenged
4. If you do get challenged you have 1 month to make a reasonable effort (deemed by page administrators) to play the match or it will be considered a loss
5. The loser of the match will slide below the winner. Example: If 9 beats 7, 7 becomes 9, 8 becomes 7, 9 becomes 8. If the lower ranked player loses they will drop 1 rank
6. Unranked players can challenge bottom 2 ranked players but it must be approved by administrators
7. Players need to challenge on this page, get with their opponent to schedule it, report their match scores to this page or the administrators
8. You cannot have more than 1 challenge out at any time
9. A player cannot be forced to play more than 1 match in 30 days
10. Matches are first come first served. You must wait to see who wins a match to challenge someone. No waiting lists
11. Bottom 2 players will have 7 days to call out someone above them after they have been challenged before they can be called out again.
