Last night we realized we were completely out of CO₂ at Axe & Ale… which meant all 12 of our draft beers were about to be out of commission for the entire weekend. 😩🍺
With nowhere open to refill a tank on the weekend, I reached out to our friend Chelsea at The Tee Box just to ask if she knew of anywhere we might be able to find one.
Less than 20 minutes later, The Tee Box owner, Jake , showed up at our door with a CO₂ tank in hand — and even hooked it up for us. ❤️
THIS is what supporting local looks like.
We may all be separate businesses, but at the end of the day, we’re part of the same downtown community. Small businesses need each other, and moments like this are such a great reminder that we can all succeed by supporting, encouraging, and helping one another.
A HUGE thank you to Jake King and everyone at The Tee Box for saving our butts — and our draft beer — this weekend. 😂🍻
