Here we go again.... After 24 years working only and exclusive for the Hospitality Industry, after more than hundreds of projects that I've been involve or responsible for, honestly, this is something that I personally wanted to do for such a long time, and that's what I am sharing this words with you all.
I still feel like it was yesterday, and had my first shift ever behind a bar. My first mistake, my first accomplishment, my first classic, my first creation, my first lesson, my first class, my first business, my first struggle, my first victory, my first time traveling around the world, and all the long and amazing and incredible way that took me here today, 24 years later, 50+ countries around the world, more than 1000 professionals trained and thousands of guests served with lots of love and passion and care later.... Here I am, here we are, that's what we are and that's what we have to offer.... Fun, love, information, good stories, great laughs and our unique charismatic Brazilian way of being.
