to the late 70s / early 80s when the legendary Great Uncle Peter Triantafillou was running the show here at Mitchell’s! You can spot him rocking that classic teal shirt and bringing the exact same energy and passion that keeps our family traditions alive today.

Decades later, we are still serving up the staples you love, but we will always look back fondly on the eras that paved the way. Who remembers stopping in during Peter's days?

Today, Mitchell's continues that family tradition as a neighborhood tavern known for its friendly atmosphere, sports memorabilia and classic Buffalo food. We're talking beef on weck, beer-battered haddock, juicy burgers, wings, homemade Texas sauce and sweet potato fries. 🤤

With more than 50 years of family ownership and three generations serving Western New York, Mitchell's has earned its reputation as one of Buffalo's last great taverns.
