Happy Tuesday all!! Gosh it's been a long minute since I've updated. While there are no new updates on the Quacker, I'm seriously trying to figure out a way to reopen. This girl needs a purpose and believe it or not, the bar was/is a purpose. So stay tuned. There may be some surprises coming if I have any way to get them to you. I miss you all. 🙂🙂

Happy Thursday all. I hope this weather we've been having has you smiling. I know it's been a minute since I last updated, but believe it or not, it's been busy. The news on the Quacker front is not good news, but the decision had to be made. I've decided not to reopen the Quacker. I did not make this decision lightly, it breaks my heart. However with the insurance issue and a few other things that came up, for the health and welfare of my sanity and our other business, I had to make a change. We WILL however, have all the remaining beer and pizzas for sale, wholesale so we can recoup some of the costs, so message me or text me for that info.. Both Don and I want you all to know that we appreciate the business you gave us and some of the long running friendships we've made. The bar business is not a glamorous choice, I tried to do the best I could to all who visited our little humble basement bar. As we move forward, I do hope you will all take some of the great memories that were made with you. We hope to see you all when we are out and about. Remember to keep it happy all!!

Happy Friday all!! That hurts to say honestly, as the last time I did, I had to let you all know we had been forced to close indefinitely. I don't have any good updates as of yet. We are still searching for new insurance. But I do have to say the outpouring of love and great thoughts from so many reminds me that I must have been doing something right. We will continue the search, hopefully the next post I put out will be good news. And even if it isn't, I know so many of you were touched by the little Quacker bar. Keep it happy all!

Thank you to all of you who came out to say goodbye to the Quacker! You are all so appreciated in ways you'll never know completely. This bar has held my heart for 12 years, I am going to do my best to get us reopened, however I do not know how long this will take. But stay tuned, I'm not giving up yet. I loved hearing the stories of memories tonight from many of you. Again, I'm a bit lost yet, but I'll get back to it Monday trying to find new insurance. Don and I appreciate you all, and hope to have good news soon. Until then, keep it happy all ❤️🤗😊

Happy Friday all! Unfortunately not so happy for us. We are sad to announce that tomorrow night will be the last night the Quacker will be open. Our insurance rate will increase 400% on Monday morning. We simply cannot afford the rate. Now there may be the possibility that we reopen at some point in the future, but for now we will close tomorrow night. Come on in to say goodbye to this little place that has so many great memories. We hope to see you all soon!

Well all, that's it until December. I want to thank all of you who came out and visited us this past summer and now, fall season. It was a pleasure to see all of you and to meet all of the "newbie" Quacker guests. We sure do hope to see some of you this winter, once we re-open in late December. As always, keep it Happy all! Thank you once again for a great season!

Happy Wednesday all! This is the LAST weekend until sometime in December for the Quacker. We will be open Thursday thru Saturday evenings, 5 p.m. to 10. Remember......it's beer sale time, we need to empty out the walk in. Whatever is left will be 1/2 price off or more starting tomorrow. Come in, help us get rid of stock and pizzas too. We hope to see you soon!

Happy Thursday all! Hours this weekend are Thursday and Friday open at 5 p.m. Saturday we will be closed for a private event. Remember, the beer sale is going on until we close in a couple weeks. We will re-open again sometime in late December or when the trails open, whichever comes first. Hope to see you in the next couple weeks!!

Happy Friday all! Guess what? The Pellet Stove is ON!!! That means the Quacker will be nice and toasty tonight. Also, we now have shake of the day, the pot is growing. Stop in and try your luck to win half the pot. As always this time of year, the end of the season beer sale is on and the drinks are always cold. Hope to see you tonight, get out of the rainy weather and come sit by the fire in those comfy red chairs 🙂

Happy Thursday all! For some it may not be.....the Quacker will not be open tonight due to some maintenance issues. We hope to have them fixed sometime tomorrow to open tomorrow night. But FYI......the bar will be closed on Saturday evening as well so we can focus on family that will be in town. So Friday night will be the only night we will be open this weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience, regular hours will resume next Thursday evening. Hope to see you soon!

Happy Thursday all! Starting tomorrow the End of year beer sale begins. Several beers will be on the list, including Spotted Cow. Come on out and have a cold one with us! Open at 5 p.m. tomorrow and 4 p.m Saturday. Hope to see you soon 😊
