Shaky Dog Brewery Home brewing beer since 1997. The name comes from the first dog my wife and I had, Max. He had seizures so..... name it Shaky Dog Brewery, why not!

Naked Saison ish…soooo… last time a brewed the Toledo famous Naked Saison the correct yeast was not available 😳. Home brewing… s**t happens. So I used a Wit yeast. It’s a bit of a mind f**k hahahah! It has both Saison and Wit characteristics.
