The latest victims at the Tiki, Kat and Mark Tokarski were over for a Sunday brunch. Mark was the co-founder of this establishment and spent many long days working with me building the hut.

During the many hours of construction the thought of using an umbrella seamed a lot easier. The 3 1/2 hours of cooking ribs in the rain today made me glad the Tiki Bar is there.
