This past week we were able to present this year’s Grant Winners with their checks! The Spotlight Grant for $2,000 was awarded to the Tipton County Library to help with the summer reading program. The Gratitude Grant was awarded to Encore and Tipton Main Street, with each entity receiving $1,750!
