Josh here is the driving force to our RFID initiative. Since starting this year, we have chipped and assigned over 250,000 linens and counting. The process is simple:

1. We assign a specific chip with a unique identifier to every customer.
2. The product gets delivered by our wonderful service team.
3. Soiled products are picked up and taken back to the plant, where they get scanned and marked as returned.
4. They then get cleaned, finished, and assigned again!

This allows us to provide our customers with invaluable data about their linen usage and it gives us the ability to perpetually improve our operations.
