It’s bittersweet, sending away some of our custom French oak tanks. We have a lot of them remaining, but still. We love them and they’ve made great beer with us.
However, we need the space.

We’re grateful that they’re going to a happy new home at floodlandbrewing .
We know they’ll keep making great beer there.
Looking forward to what the bright future brings.

Trying to tie disparate threads and make something that is something.

I’m particularly excited about the younger Mourvèdre from 2023, though the 2022 Syrah that’s been patiently waiting for over three years in barrel is finally finding its voice.

We’ll have good things to share. In time.
Because that’s what good things take and what good things deserve.

Thank you to all of you for enjoying our efforts and making it all possible.
Thank you to all of you that came out to celebrate with us.
Thank you to all of the friends we’ve made over these years.
Thank you to the bands, food vendors and staff(!) that helped to make this event awesome.
Thank you to our Lead Brewer MATT FOR 10 AWESOME YEARS(!) with us this week.

The de Garde Brewing 13th Anniversary Invitational
May 2nd, Tillamook County Fairgrounds

We’ll be releasing a slew of collaborations during our ‘COLLAB DAY AND EARLY CHECK-IN’ event in our tasting room on Friday, May 1st, with collaborations from and more available on tap and in cans/bottles to go!
Can’t make it on Friday? We’ll have them at the Invitational on Saturday too!

On Sunday, we’ll be sharing some event favorites and some additional and extra special draft and bottles to go during our ‘AFTER PARTY!’

Make sure you watch the stage at the event, as some of our favorite bands will be playing throughout the day. Yes, there’s an amazing array of great beer (and wine & cider), but you’re in for a fantastic show as well:
