dan-o the man-o, my papa… you’re with grandma now, how beautiful that reunion must of been… i’ll never forget all the memories spent with you at the cottage, your bar, the notre dame games, the st pattys day parades, you taking me to school everyday, & my favorite ones from whenever i’d get in trouble at school & you wouldn’t tell grandma (he was a real one forsure)
such a kind soul that i had the privilege of calling my papa. you’ll be missed by many, & you’ll never be forgotten.

Bag piper at Dans burial yesterday. My video didn’t turn out.🤦‍♀️But it was very moving at the end when he turned & walked away while still playing. 🥲 Dan would have loved that.🥹

Went & visited Dan Saturday before going to The VFW. It was sad that he wasn’t able to go.🥹 This is the first year he couldn’t go out to celebrate.🥹
