Something new just walked through the door, and it smells like fall — vanilla, pumpkin, and just enough spice to make you forget it's still 80 degrees outside.

A few months ago, Jovey wasn't touching the smoker.
Now she's running ribs through both stations — smoked low and slow, then finished on the char grill for those marks and a caramelized sauce.

She's mastered more than one position here, and proteins are the hardest thing to get right in this kitchen.
This rack is what happens when someone decides good isn't good enough.
