For years a dear friend .saunders has graciously housed his art in our establishment. Not only has he served our community as a fire fighter but he captures the essence of what some of us know as “well back then”. The realist paintings of Thompson‘s station and Leiper’s Fork countryside. reminds us of how lucky we are to live among green pasture and rolling hills. Don’t forget to take a moment to stop and take it all in. Happy Spring and yes they’re for sale!

Have we finally kicked the winter time blue and traded grey skies for sunny days and porch hangs? Only knows the answer to that but we’re enjoying the nice weather while it last!

This weekend enjoy seafood bouillabaise with rouille, scallops, shrimp and clams and a new dessert meant for you coconut or crème brûlée lovers out there.

This is for you beet lovers out there! A little tang and sweetness balance out the earthiness of our marinated beet “tartare”. Paired with ginger lemongrass yogurt, fresh blackberries, radish, frisée, jalapeño, and candied pistachios, this dish is great on its own or with our 14oz wood fired bone in pork chop!
