This Thanksgiving, Amrina brings a fresh perspective to a familiar celebration, with special holiday features for those joining us at the restaurant and the return of our Royal Turkey Feast for those celebrating at home. Here’s how you can celebrate with us:

Wednesday night, Amrina had the privilege of participating in Montgomery County Women’s Center’s Under One Sky: Three Chefs, One Cause, a special culinary event dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Our team members Raul, Nav, and Lee represented Amrina at the event, where we provided appetizers for guests and Lee shared a few words with attendees. A heartfelt thank you to Montgomery County Women’s Center for the vital work you do and for bringing our community together in support of your mission. ❤️

Crab Gassi is built on contrast: sweet crab and Granny Smith apple cut through the depth of the Mangalorean-style curry, keeping the dish bright even as the flavors deepen. 🍏
