We are excited to be debuting our most complex and longest aged beer at one of our favorite tap rooms.

Stronger Than You Think Imperial Stout used Black Patent, Roasted Barley, and Chocolate Malts for depth and color. We let fermentation sit on fresh American Oak staves to extract enough wood to add to the complexity.

Monster brew day! We're using 2.5x our normal grain bill to make Stronger Than You Think Imperial Stout. Should be close to 10%abv and aged on fresh American Oak.

Luckily we just finished building our big boy grain mill. Now we just need to super-size the hopper!
