After 18 years of serving this community, I have some heartbreaking news,

Our final day of business will be September 4th.

This closure is not because of a lack of customers, support, or business. In fact, your loyalty has kept us going for almost two decades. I am closing because I was presented with a lease renewal that would increase my current rent by an estimated 49.84%-an increase that simply made it impossible to continue operating responsibly. I endured a fairly substantial rent increase two years ago. Over a four year time frame I simply can’t justify a 101.75% increase in rent.

For nearly 20 years, this establishment has been more than a place to grab a drink. It’s been where friendships were made, milestones were celebrated, and strangers became regulars. Countless ordinary nights became unforgettable because of the people who walked through those doors. We have been honored to be a small part of your lives.

I am incredibly grateful for the friendships, laughter, and memories we have shared over the years.

Please come see us before we close. We would love the opportunity to raise one last glass with the community that made this place feel like home.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the amazing years. I will never forget them.
