BOMBAY CENTRAL -- This is not a Good-bye, but a welcomed NEW hello!

From an idea formed during the pandemic, Vira has given us a new light & HUGE love for Indian Cuisine. Brining guest from all over Central Texas to experience a little piece of her ver own homage!

Vira & Family spent countless hours brainstorming, laboring, and perfecting Bombay into what it is today, we are beyond torn to be letting it go, but we know that new ownership will continue to give our guest the fan favorites of Indian Cuisine!

To our staff - we are so proud of the role you have taken - leaning an unfamiliar cuisine is a task in itself, and to say you made each one of our guest feel welcomed and taken care of would be an understatement! Thank you for your hard work and loyalty!
