Our collaboration IPA brewed with incoming owners is now available in 16oz 6-pack Cans🍻

This West Coast IPA comes in at 7% abv and dry-hopped with Citra & Nelson Hops🍺

The tasting room is open regular hours this week, swing on by for a pint & grab a 6-pack to take home🍻

Unfortunately Stevie was involved in a horrific motorcycle crash last weekend and we are asking if everyone could say a quick prayer for him, or do whatever it is you do in times like these…

John, Greg & Aubree will be hanging out on Black Friday, November 29, for anyone who would like to join them for one last beer. We’ll be hanging out from 2-7pm and we’ll also have out here serving up those delicious sandwiches…

While you still will probably see them around here after the fact, it’s the last time we can guarantee you’ll get all three of them here at the same🍻

🚨🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨🚨

As we are sure many of you have heard we decided to put the brewery up for sale earlier this year honestly not knowing what to expect. Through that process we were introduced to the team behind Prolific Brewing and over the past 6 months we’ve been working on a sale/transition that would work for all parties involved. That being said it is time for Ironfire Brewing Co to pass the torch to Prolific Brewing Co.

Over the next month or so you will begin to see a transition in ownership. As John, Greg & Aubree phase themselves out of the tasting room and ultimately the business; there are two great new families who make up Prolific Brewing ready to meet everyone and serve up some delicious beer to all the awesome customers here in the Temecula Valley. Not to mention Mike & Brian’s familiar faces will still be around here too!

We’ve genuinely loved the time we spent helping to evolve the beer/brewery scene in Temecula and we are stoked to see the additions Prolific Brewing will bring!! While we know these guys have some big plans for down the road there will still be plenty of Ironfire beer around initially as they will have full access to our recipes and we will be leaving them with full tanks of delicious Ironfire beers. Thanks for drinking our beers over all these years🍻
