This season’s menu at The New Sheridan Chop House and Wine Bar has received rave reviews. While the New Sheridan has always set the bar in Telluride, this season the team at the New Sheridan is featuring an elevated menu of steaks, sauces and toppings, Colorado Rack of Lamb, amazing appetizers, and mouth watering vegetarian options.

The New Sheridan is also very proud of the deserts and ice creams that are all made in house by their talented pastry chefs.
