Made from single source cocoa beans, organic sugar and cocoa butter, Peppalo Stone Ground Chocolate delivers the rich, true flavor coveted by those with a discerning palette for chocolate. Peppalo Stone Ground Chocolate is one of only a handful of companies in the United States who actually create their chocolate products from start to finish; we do not blend pre-made chocolate from other companies, as most chocolate companies do, but rather incorporate the entire chocolate-making process into our business and create a product that we know has the highest quality ingredients and is produced in small batches. We pride ourselves in the creation of our product, from husking the straight-from-Costa-Rica beans, to the grinding of the cocoa in small batches to ensure a high-quality product, to the individually hand-wrapped bars with locally-designed labels (we must support our fellow local businesses, of course!).
