Hey friends! Wanted to update you!

First, we can't thank the community enough for rallying behind us after this tragedy. The outpouring of support has been truly amazing.

We had a meeting with our staff today and everyone is in good spirits. All we can say is, it's going to take time and hard work but we will be coming back!! Please continue to follow our page as our journey continues!

This Sunday we will be having a barbecue for our beloved Jeff and Suzanne, details to be posted shortly.

Again, thank you everyone who has reached it to is in support! We love you all!

To our Friends of 701 Taphouse

Obviously the past 48 hours have been shocking and exhausting. We are devastated by this tragic fire and already miss the camaraderie we had as a family and team and also with our customers. My brother Chris and I want to thank everyone that has reached out to the 701 Taphouse family by email, Facebook, text and in person. Your sincere condolences, well wishes, and pleas for us to rebuild have kept us strong through this. We know that this will have a major impact on our team members and their families and we will all be meeting together very soon to discuss what has happened and what the future holds for us. We will be planning some events over the next few days and we ask you to stay up to date on Facebook as many of you have expressed your willingness to help. Finally, we want everyone to know, that at this time, we definitely have plans to rebuild and return better than ever. Hopefully this can be at our present location but if not it will be close by. We look forward to that day and our family coming back together soon.

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all the firemen, paramedics, and police officers who responded to our call yesterday.

Fire departments from Tarpon, Dunedin, East Lake, Clearwater and Palm Harbor responded and risked their own safety to try to save our business. We can not express enough how thankful we are that they responded so quickly and did all they could to put out the fire and keep everyone safe!

To our valued friends and patrons,

As many of you already know, yesterday there was a fire at 701 Taphouse. Thankfully, everyone was evacuated quickly and unharmed. Unfortunately, the building did not survive completely intact.

We would just like to thank everyone that has supported us over the past year and a half. We have enjoyed getting to know you all and becoming a part of the Tarpon Springs community.

We would also like to thank our staff for their hard work, and helping make 701 such a fantastic place.

We will keep everyone posted on the future of 701! Again, thank you for your patronage and support!
