Thank you to everyone who stopped by Dock’s Waterfront during Taste of Tarpon last Saturday! We loved meeting you, sharing bites, and seeing familiar faces.

Our Shrimp Ceviche got so much love that we’re keeping the good thing going—now as a daily special! 🍋🥭 Shrimp, bright citrus, sweet mango, oranges, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro, served with tortilla chips. Tried a little taste? Come back for the whole bowl!

☀️ The sunshine is back, the beautiful weather is back—and live music is back at Dock’s! 🎶

🌴We’re welcoming back two familiar favorites this week:
🎸 Wednesday, 4:30–7:30 PM — local favorite Scott Fallon
🎸 Friday, 5:00 - 8:00 PM — Scott Morris to get your weekend started!

Add beautiful views of the Anclote River, a warm welcome from Molina and Kevin behind the bar, and Happy Hour from 4–8 PM—and you’ve got a lovely reason to spend some time on the waterfront. 🍻🌊

☀️ The sun is back over the Sponge Docks—and we’re OPEN!

After three days closed, the roads are clear of water, and Dock’s Waterfront is open all day today. We’ve missed you! 💙

Kevin is behind the bar all day, our cooks are eager to get back to feeding everyone, and Happy Hour starts at 4 PM! 🍻
