We added a few more items prior to closing tonight!

We have a zingy and spicy Asian inspired cucumber salad with red onion and furikake seasoning by pint or quart. 🥒 🌶️ 📸

Our taboule salad is gluten free, made with quinoa, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, lemon, garlic, parsley & zataar (contains sesame). 🥒 📸

Deviled eggs & egg salad 🥚 📸

Our soup this week is 1710 Tavern’s gazpacho- tomato-ey, garlic-y summer refreshment in a bowl. Cup-pint-quart. 🍅 🧄 pair it with a loaf of sourdough and and a salad. You’ve got a meal. 📸

The jalapeño poppers this week are made with fig jam, pimento cheese and wrapped in bacon with a sprinkle of brown sugar. 🌶️ they are fully cooked. Reheat on a low temp oven or smoker or enjoy at room temperature. 🥓

Good morning, Rebecca from ActXII here to tell you what’s on TAPP this week at the Market! June is my favorite part of summer because it still feels like there’s so much summer left. ☀️

IN QUICHE: Caroline has done it again this week we have two quiches in the case:
🥚 1710 Signature Pimento Cheese 🧀 🌶️
🥚 Ham 🐖 & Cheddar 🧀

ENTREES: we just got in an assortment of freezer meals from the 1710 Tavern so pick up a few for dinner or the work week ahead. We have shepherds 🐑 pie & manicotti 🇮🇹 in the freezer as well as soups of the past which are 25% off frozen.

Our house made RATATOUILLE 🍅 is in stock in the case ~family sized, serve as a main course with a bottle of Catena Rose and a loaf of our sourdough and our house made herbed garlic butter 🧄 🧈 ‼️credit to Caroline for her ornate veggie display on this one ☝️

WINE 🍷: we have a little sales rack st the register. Perfect opportunity to score some bubbles for mimosas at brunch at 25% off or try that sangria recipe this weekend !

Jalapeno 🌶️ of the week: fig jam, 1710 pimento cheese, and bacon wrapped with a brown sugar topper.

Deviled eggs: have you figured out what the secret ingredient is? Tangy with a little kick our deviled eggs are definitely different 🥚 😈

Pickles 🥒. If you haven’t tried the TIDEWATER SWEETS bread and butter pickle yet please come in and enjoy a free sample. They come with each sandwich and are now available in QUART & PINT sizes and made with locally sourced cukes !

ADULT STRING CHEESE- is getting pretty famous. Let your kids have the cheeseheads, this one is for you! Come in and try the world’s best string cheese today. 🏅 Our entire staff is obsessed. 💕

Marinara sauce 🍅 is back in stock - try with one of our gourmet pastas.

🫒- 1710 signature Greek with feta, olives, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, grape leaves, and caperberries

🥒- zingy 🌶️ Asian flavored cucumber salad with furikake & rice vinegar
🌿- taboule salad with quinoa, chick peas, lupini beans & cucumber, zataar & olive oil and lemon tahini dressing -a vegan treat!

New at the market today. We have the bread!! Double Chocolate sourdough, original sourdough & jalapeno cheddar arrived warm and crispy. We also have mikes amazing cinnamon rolls baked fresh !

We have sets of truffles and truffle oil.

From now on our Italian Stallion and our muffaletta sandwich will feature hot cappicola - the Italian ham with a little heat and a ton of flavor.

We have sone new crackers in stock from our friends at International Gourmet Foods, Inc. 📸

Wensleydale 🍯 🍋 cheese is back in stock.

We are featuring a house made RANCH dressing with our wedge salad this week. Served with cooked pancetta & fresh chives.

Stuffed jalapeños will be in the case by the end of the day. 🌶️

Truly gourmet tomato puree from Italy 🇮🇹 to enhance your home cooked Italian dishes.

Lupini Beans! High in fiber if you eat the husk. They are definitely having a moment. High in protein and dishes in a salty brine- healthy snacking at its best.

Pick up a bottle of Burt’s locally made Bloody Mary 🍅 Mix and pair them with a jar of our house made Dilly Bean Queen Dilly beans.

Here we go! Happy Hump day 🐪 Tappahannock! Summer is here ☀️

We are ready to go with some real, whole, homemade food this week.

Caroline made two different quiches :
🥚 broccoli 🥦 , Swiss 🧀& ham 🐷
🥚 spinach 🍃& goat 🐐 🧀 cheese

Rebecca’s soup 🥣 this week is a Tuscan kale & sausage : hearty with tons of veggies in a tomato broth with kidney beans. 🫘 it’s a meal ! Especially when you take home sourdough.

We are also featuring the world’s greatest string cheese. From our friends at IGF this string cheese from Wisconsin has become quite a sensation at our store since we featured it at our last pairing event. It’s adult level string cheese to satisfy your inner child!

We have all you need for perfect tomato pairing; wine, 🍷 burrata, fresh mozzarella, Stracciatella. Best way to celebrate this time of year. Our tomatoes on our caprese sandwich this week come from Pammy's Produce

We are also proud to announce we will be ramping up our pickle production 🥒 as this time of year we can get them fresh at so many local markets. Our next batch are from Pammy’s and Tommy’s. We are in a great area for local produce!
