Lambert’s in Taos, New Mexico strives to be a sanctuary for guests to enjoy delicious food, wine, and cocktails. Our emphasis at Lambert’s has always been on quality and value. Our sauces are made from scratch, some even taking days to finish. We are known for our excellent service and distinctive and fresh cuisine offered in an elegant, warm, and unpretentious atmosphere. Our signature dish is Rack of Lamb with a red wine demi-glace, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. If you haven’t tried it, it’s a must! We also have many delicious desserts made by our pastry chef. With dessert we also offer a full selection of espresso drinks and specialty loose leaf teas. Lambert’s of Taos is the perfect place to go for any occasion when you’re looking for a fantastic meal.

Seasonal tequila, yes please! You need to try this new Blanco from .tequila! Santanera's Tequilero is obsessive about agave in all the right ways. This small batch, kosher selection is spring fermented. Moderate spring temperatures allow for extremely balanced fermentation, resulting in smooth tequila with beautiful floral and herbaceous notes.
