Coppertail Brewing Co Coppertail Brewing Co is a production brewery and tasting room with a full service kitchen. Coppertail is a sea monster that lives in Tampa Bay.

I know this because my 5-year old daughter told me about it. Somehow, though, it seems like the perfect name for this brewery. Coppertail is the strange and fantastic that lurks beneath Tampa Bay. Coppertail is dreaming of the impossible. Kind of like the craft brewing industry going up against the giant mega-brewers. Or like a home-brewer putting everything on the line to start a brewery. We believe in Coppertail.

On deck: Free Dive White Cheddar, Night Swim Dark Chocolate Sea-Salted Caramel, and Unholy, a dangerously addictive blend of caramel corn and white cheddar. Crafted local and built for serious snacking.
