Today August 15th is our last day of service at Southern Brewing. It has been a pleasure and a dream to serve the Tampa & Seminole Heights community. We hope you will join us for one last cheers today. We are open 12pm-11pm, or until the kegs run dry. We will have vendors on site from 12-4pm, and as always we are family & pet friendly. It’s hard to believe we’re saying it, but this is the final countdown. Southern Brewing & Winemaking closes for retirement this Saturday, August 15.

That means just three more days to stop in, grab your favorite beer, raise a glass, share a story, and spend a little more time with us before we say goodbye. 🍺

And on Saturday, join us for our final day with local makers on site for a fond farewell from 12–4pm and a special chance to celebrate together one last time. 💚

🍻 Home Brewers & Winemakers… it’s time!

Beginning Saturday August 8, most items in the homebrew shop will be marked down by 40%! Exclusions from the sale include kegs, regulators, couplers and full sacks of grain.🍺🍷

This sale runs through Friday, August 14, which will be the final day of business for our Home Brew & Wine Supply Shop.

If you’ve been thinking about stocking up on ingredients, equipment, or supplies, now is the time. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!

This Saturday, August 8, we’re welcoming back two familiar faces for a Bartender Blast From the Past! Join Melissa and Cassie behind the bar from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM as they pour pints, and celebrate the memories we’ve made together.

It’s also our final Makers Market at Southern Brewing, so come shop local makers, enjoy a cold beer, and soak in one of the last special weekends before we close for retirement on August 15.

This Saturday, we’re raising a glass to the incredible people who have made Southern Brewing feel like home.

As part of our Employee Appreciation Day, 100% of all beer and wine sales will go directly to our employees as a thank you for their hard work, dedication, and the community they’ve helped build over the years.

Many of our current and former team members will be behind the bar throughout the day, so come by, grab a pint, share a memory, and help us celebrate the people who made Southern so special.

Raise a glass to Southern Brewing’s incredible journey. 🍻❤️

Beginning this Friday, we’ll be offering our commemorative Southern Brewing pint glasses for $10 each as we celebrate this final chapter before retirement.

Even better, 100% of the proceeds from every glass sold will be donated to Rebel’s Rescue, helping animals in need find loving homes. 🐾

Take home a piece of Southern Brewing history, support a wonderful local rescue, and help us celebrate all the memories we’ve made together.
