Who says you can’t have a good time with a mocktail?

We wanted to have something for everyone to enjoy when visiting our beautiful historic location. That’s why we dedicated a page of our menu to Mocktails, featuring 5 non-alcoholic drinks that are sure to hit your palette just right. We strive to make all of our mocktail options with decadent flavor combos and beautiful presentation that keep your experience at the bar feeling special.

Meet Joe, our new Bar Manager at Bar 1903!

Joe has already brought so much kindness, creativity, and care to the team within such a short amount of time. With years of bartending experience and a genuine love for craft cocktails, we’re grateful to have him behind the bar and excited for everyone to get to know him.

1.) Tell us a little about yourself:
I’m a movie buff with a degree in film production and am married with two kids.

2.) How long have you been working at Bar 1903?
I’ve been with 1903 for just under a month.

3). What is your favorite dish on the current menu?
I’m a huge fan of the Rarebit and a nice clover club.

4). Whats your favorite hobby outside of work?
Outside of work I spend time with my family, cats, and chickens and I cook almost every day.

5). Why did you choose to pursue a job in this industry?
I love the creative aspect of the job. I had been bartending weddings and events for the past 4 years, and always saw 1903 as the “mount Olympus” of craft cocktails.

6). What is a little known or fun fact about yourself?
I am a well of oddball trivia knowledge, weighted heavily towards film, but also a strong amount of general knowledge as well. My husband and I compete in multiple Harry Potter trivia competitions and take pride in our ability to win nearly every time.

Saying goodbye to one bartender is hard enough, saying goodbye to two is even harder.

Our incredible Bar Manager, Tia, is headed to Chicago for an exciting new chapter. Before she goes, she’s taking a moment to say goodbye and walk us through the two delicious cocktails she created for our previous menu refresh.

Cheers to you, Tia! Thank you for all of the hard work and dedication you’ve put into the Seven Hills family over the past three years. Your presence behind the bar has meant so much to this team, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.

Our amazing bartender Riona is moving on to bigger and better adventures, and this week marks her final days behind the bar at Bar 1903.

Riona has brought so much creativity, care, and warmth to this space, from the cocktails she’s created to the guests she’s welcomed night after night. We’re incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and heart she’s poured into Bar 1903, and we’ll miss her deeply.
