Coming soon, our popular German Kolsch, Werkzeugkasten (Toolbox) ale. Kolsch is a style of beer originating in Cologne (Köln), Germany. In appearance, it is bright and clear with a pale gold hue. It originated in Cologne (Köln), Germany, in the late 19th century to compete with popular pale lagers. Some say it is an ale pretending to be a lager. We call it a genuine blonde ale. We've been brewing our craft beers in Taft for nearly 15 years. Cheers.
