The wh***ey took its name from Bourbon County, Kentucky (itself named after the French royal House of Bourbon), which was a major shipping port for the region’s crops and spirits in the early 1800s. By the 1840s, the label “bourbon wh***ey” was widely recognized in trade.

Chambers Bay Distillery focuses on crafting the best boathouse aged bourbon. We also have a Ghost pepper infused wh***ey perfect for those who like just enough heat to get their taste buds fired up.
