The Penny Located in historic armory square downtown Syracuse NY. The Penny has plenty of character and charm . Its a place where nearly everyone feels at home.

Established in 2003. We spent the first eight years of our existence as the only dedicated live music venue in downtown Syracuse's armory square. We had many memorable performances and met thousands of great folks who we're passionate about their music. That was a very special time. In early 2011 it was time to prepare for the new and exiting things happening in our neighborhood . Since then we ha

ve reinvented ourselves as a place to hang out relax or cut loose show off a few dance moves tell a few tall tales play pool shoot darts watch a game or celebrate an event . witch ever way you spend time with us at The Penny you will find its not too hard to be yourself and enjoy the place that could easily be your second home. We look forward to your visit.
