To All Our Valued Customers and Friends. The Syracuse Suds Factory will be delaying it’s reopening after the shut down in March. After meeting with my staff, a lot of thought and soul searching, I have decided to delay my reopening for a number of reasons. The safety and welfare of my staff being first and foremost, second the safety and welfare of our customers. We have watched how the social distancing has worked for NY State but are also wary of the uptick of the numbers in the states that are opening. We would love to reopen right away but are concerned as how that model would look. Taking into account the atmosphere and experience for the customer, also safety and financially for the staff and business we have decided to delay our opening. We will be anxious to ramp up our reopening if all is looking smooth toward the end of July. We thank all of our loyal customers and appreciate your patience.
