Introducing our newest brew on tap… The 3100! This b**r was released in celebration of Jackson County turning 175 years old this weekend! 😁🍻🏛️

The 3100 is a classic English bitter. When the railroad came to Jackson County, it had to reach 3100 feet in elevation to cross the Balsam mountains🚂

It officially became the highest railroad elevation east of the Rockies! 🤩

Everyone, meet Paige! Most of you have probably already met her, as she has been part of the team for 5 months now, but she is now officially our Assistant Taproom Manager! 🍻😎

Paige was born and raised in Sylva and has a family of her own here! Two kids, a husband, a cat and a dog named Moose- can’t ask for much more than that! 🐾♥️

When she’s not behind the bar, she loves the outdoors- kayaking, swimming, and disc golf are some of her favorite activities 🛶🌄

Her favorite Balsam Falls beverage is our Fire Agate strawberry rhubarb c***r! 🍓🍹

Don’t forget to say hi to Paige next time you are in the taproom! 🍺

We have heard your feedback and value your opinions, so we have decided to find a happy medium - we are now automatically including chips as a side to every sandwich and burger on our menu! 😋

you also have the option to upgrade to fries, tater tots, or coleslaw for a small upcharge 🍟
