Oregon Jamboree Close-Out Auctions Are CLOSED!

After 34 incredible years, it’s time to pass the torch and the gear. The Sweet Home Economic Development Group is hosting two online auctions packed with items from the Oregon Jamboree Music Festival and Sweet Events inventory!

The last Battle of the Band Champion Reed Foley!

Story Time:
When we first saw Reed's application for our Tune it up Tuesday's Battle of the Bands, we thought maybe he was confused. With over 45,000 monthly streamers on Spotify and songs approaching millions of streams, it was the biggest named artist that had EVER applied for our Battle of the Bands.

When we called to double check his availability after the selection committee determined him to be one of four semi-finalists, we were surprised to find out that he was excited for the opportunity to play the legendary Oregon Jamboree. After one of the TOUGHEST and most competitive Battle of the Bands we've ever had, Reed was named the Champion.

As a part of his winnings, he would get a spot on the main stage for the 2026 Oregon Jamboree. Since we would be unable to fulfill that for him, Oregon's own Jessie Leigh with festival director Robert Shamek coordinated to get Reed on stage with Jessie to sing for the main stage crowd in one of the many special moments of ths year's festival.

We know that Reed is on his way to doing big things and are so excited to have a small chapter in his story!

Hostess' with the Mostest!

A big thank you to Mekela Rae & Jessie G for their fun, high energy hostessing of the Main Stage and the Park Stage presented by Siegfried Contract Cutting all week long! We are so grateful for their time and energy, not just during the week, but in the MONTHS leading up to the Oregon Jamboree writing scripts, learning about our amazing sponsors, and making sure that our patrons are well taken care of!
