This is something that I have continued to put off over and over again. I knew once I wrote this it would become real. We have sold our property which of course includes the space where we have the deli and pub. This will be our last week of operation after almost 29 years with our regular hours of Wed & Thurs 11-6, Fri & Sat 11-8 and our final day on Sun, Sept. 5 11-5.
Before we go we must thank everyone who has helped us continue a business that we have loved for almost 29 years. First we must thank our three children; Lou, Robby and Carly. We were so fortunate to have all of our children work with us and without their love, hard work, sacrifice, support and commitment to us we could have never continued this for as long as we have nor would it have been as enjoyable! And our beautiful grandchildren who want us to keep it forever so they can work here one day! Thank you to our parents, family and friends who have encouraged and supported us along the way.
Last but definitely not least, our customers! Without our wonderful, loyal customers we would not be here today. You have been so good to us and please know that we have always appreciated your continued support for us, our family and our business. We will always appreciate that! We have been blessed that this business has allowed us to meet such amazing people that we are lucky enough to call great friends now!
There will be a new restaurant coming in our place and we know you will continue your support for them. Please stop by if you are able this week but know you haven’t seen the last of us!
