Wow! This summer has been an absolute whirlwind, and it’s fortunately/unfortunately coming to a head.

Whoever added Hop Lot to your itinerary this summer, thank you! You showed up, ate all of our food, and drank us out of beer faster than we could keep up. (New brewery production expansion coming - we’ll circle back to that soon).

We truly hope Hop Lot left your family or group with a memorable Northern Michigan experience.

Most importantly, this Summer ‘26 crew has literally showed up everyday, clocked long hours, handled record numbers of guests, kept us stocked up, built lasting friendships, and made the magic happen.

With all that being said, summer isn’t unofficially over until Monday.

Fall might just be our favorite season around here.

Locals’ summer settles in, things slow down, and Leelanau starts changing. M22 fills with color, the fires get a little higher, seasonal beers come back, new food hits the menu, football is back on the projector, and maybe most importantly, our kids are back in school.

Might be worth taking a trip up north this fall.
