Appropriately named by her brother Jeff, who enthusiastically promoted her fudge to friends, neighbors and local pubs and wineries in his hometown of Grand Junction, Colorado. While volunteering in the tasting room at Elliston Vineyards in Sunol, CA, Victoria began hosting private chocolate and wine pairing soirees. Not impressed with the waxy texture of the store bought chocolate bars and wafers, Victoria thought, "hmmm...I wonder why you can't put wine IN chocolate?" and voilà it worked.
