due to continuing health issues I am not able to open our new pub, Players Pub, at this time and the poolhall will no longer be open. I want to Thank everyone that follows dans cornerpocket here and I post when I have new information

it's Dan with an update on the new pub we're opening here at the pool hall. we have state liquor license, county health inspectors inspection, city/state fire Marshall inspection and waiting on city of sullivan to issue occupancy permit for the bub to be able to sell to public. the city has decided after 10 months that I need a Greece trap in the common drain for my sinks and I had to tear out the old sinks and rearing e and relocate them so I could fit the tank that contains the trap under the sink. kinda a pain in the # but I ordered the new parts and when it all arrives ( next week) I get it installed and reinspected and we'll get this ball rolling. BTW, the sinks where installed originally months ago and the grease trap issue wasn't raised until my prefilled inspection and no its not a state ordinance it's a city of sullivan issue. amazingly the city, state and county all adopt different codes. this makes it easier to extract as many fees as possible from the three entities. I will say Franklin County and the state gave me credits prorated from the annual fees.
