Starboard Brewing Company is a new nanobrewery located on 3rd. Avenue in historic downtown Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. A nanobrewery is a small brewing operation that is loosely defined as having a brew system that produces less than 4 barrels of beer. We produce in 1 barrel batches. In addition to brewing, our beers are served in our tap room in pints, glasses, and flights. Our concept is to constantly bring new beers on tap. Unlike larger breweries, we will not haveflagship beers and a couple seasonals, there will always be a variety of something new and fresh. Of course we anticipate having a few house favorites that may, by request of our patrons, make there way back into the lineup from time to time. This is going to be quite an adventure! A little bit about who we are...Amanda and Patrick Surfus (and son Preston) are living in Sturgeon Bay, WI and have been long time local residents of Door County. Patrick has been brewing at home for over 8 years. We've always thought a small brewery is something that Sturgeon Bay has needed, and hope you do too! Hope to see you there!
