What a weekend at Fiddlers Farm! đŸŽ»

Thank you to everyone who came out to support live music, The Coop (And Yellow Horse Hat Co.) , good food at The Burger Shack, and small-town community. From the incredible show in the barn, to the Burger Shack serving it up on Saturday, to treasures found in The Coop and we can't forget out parking crew greeting and assisting you as you drive in! — the farm was full of life, laughter, and memories made.

We’re so grateful for every musician, vendor, volunteer, friend, and guest who helped make this past weekend so special. Seeing the barn full, horses back in the yard, music echoing through the farm, and families gathered together reminded us exactly why we love doing this.

Just a reminder — we will be CLOSED this weekend and will reopen July 4th weekend for more music, food, shopping, and farm memories. đŸ‡ș🇾✹

Opening Day is finally here at The Fiddler’s Farm.

The stage is set.
The flowers are blooming.
The parking crew is ready to greet you.
And the barn is waiting to be filled with music, laughter, and good company once again.

Hard to pick just one, but I always love getting in the groove with the western swing songs in The Fiddler’s Farm Band!

I’m quite partial to the mandolin 😉

Funny Fact:
People say I foam at the mouth when I see a train. 😆

Why Do You Love Music?
What’s not to love? Music has been part of my life since I was young, and honestly, I don’t know what I’d be doing without it.

How Did You Start In Music?
My grandpa taught me how to play fiddle and mandolin when I was young, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Inspirations:
That’s a long list
 but some of my biggest inspirations are Alison Krauss & Union Station, Adam Steffey, Alan Jackson, Vince Gill, and many more.

Why Do You Love The Fiddler’s Farm?
“There’s something so special about this place. There’s a peace and serenity here that’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it yourself. The family-oriented originality of it is truly one of a kind. I always look forward to seeing all the smiling faces as soon as the barn doors open.”

Why Do You Love Music?
I love getting to play for people. I love getting completely engrossed in the music and forgetting about life’s troubles for a while.

How Did You Start In Music?
My dad played in country bands growing up. I always loved being around it and wanted to be just like him.

Inspirations:
There are a lot of musical heroes in my life, but probably the two most influential are my dad and my old fiddle teacher, Jim VanCleve.

Why Do You Love The Fiddler’s Farm?
“Well
 I love the feel, it's got a nice vibe, and I love getting to perform here!”

But honestly, I love the idea behind the farm. We bought it together with my mom and dad, and I’ve loved getting to help it grow and blossom over the years.

I grew up singing barbershop music with my dad.

Why Do You Love Music?
“Music has always been a way to give a voice to feelings and ideas that I couldn’t express otherwise.”

How Did You Start In Music?
I’ve always wanted to sing. My whole life, I’ve been singing. I learned to play an instrument mostly so I wouldn’t look weird standing on stage without one! 😉

Inspirations:
I love the power vocals of ‘80s metal, but I’ve also always loved harmonies from groups like Simon & Garfunkel.
