Debbie will be hosting Wine Wednesday tonight with a selection of three rosés from around the world - all 2016, all different varietals, all paired perfectly with cheeses.

Klinker Brick “Bricks & Roses” Rosé 2016 ~ Lodi, CA
Rosé from a blend of French Rhone region varietals - syrah, grenache, carignan & mourvedre. Sweet, melon character.
Escudo Real Vinho Verde 2016 ~ Portugal
Bright and citrusy, due to its natural acidity. With dominant apple and grapefruit aromas and a splash of green, herby notes. Produced with Arinto, Trajadura & Loureiro grape varieties. Light & refreshing (9.5%) with notes of apples and grapefruit.
Les Collégiales Vacqueyras 2012 ~ Rhone, France
Mostly Grenache with a little cinsault and mourvedre. Expect bright cherries and a long finish.
