Unlike some restaurants, we don’t special the items that aren’t selling to get them out of the walk in and off our plates.
Our chefs get inspired by what’s in season and at its peak. From there, magic happens.
Instead, we bring in the freshest, most delicious fish and seafood available. We then let our chefs creativity take over.
You might find halibut over a bed of decadent risotto with vibrant, perfectly cooked vegetables, and finished with a charred lemon butter. Or perhaps seared and cozied up to the fluffiest Cabot butter-whipped potatoes. Potentially paired with a house-made herb oil, or crusted with a fragrant herb crumb.
