Throw back Wednesday? Can we make that a thing? This is a picture of last year's prom! I sometimes have not so nice flashbacks of hanging those clouds at 4am.

After some great (some crazy) guessing on how many jellyfish the group made on Monday, I can finally announce a winner! was only off by 2 with her guess of 35! The actual number we made was 37. The guess of 1 million was a tad off. However, graciously gave her winnings to the runner up, Staci Switzer! Congratulations Staci on one free prom registration!

Can you believe it, it's already April?! Under the Sea Homeschool Prom is just a week away. As we close in on the final week, below are some housekeeping items for you.

Registration
If you have not registered yet, please do so ASAP, even if you've already paid. Please do so by filling out our registration form. This will help us get a count of how many students to expect. The cutoff for registration is April 10th. https://forms.gle/nFYZzFrWwUHnNJsR6

Payment
You can pay online using PayPal and if paying by PayPal, choose "Friends & Family" to avoid fees. https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/UCHomeschoolProm

You can also pay by check. An update here is that you can now make checks payable to Uncharted Homeschool Prom (or to Elizabeth Davis) at the below address.

A reminder that we will not be able to accept payment at the door on April 11th, so please register ahead.

Volunteering
We'll need volunteers pre and post prom for decorating, setup, tear down as well as chaperones. If interested, let us know!

Fundraising
If you're looking for monetary way to support Homeschool Prom, one way is to donate cash or goods towards our needed snack and beverages. Below are some specific items we need.

-Four 52 oz cartons of pineapple juice
-Four 1 gal jugs of berry blue typhoon Hawaiian Punch
-Eight 2 liter bottles of Twist-Up
-Four 16 oz bags of pretzel sticks
-Four 13 oz bags of potato chips

-Two boxes of 63 ct. cheesecake minis
-One box of Goldfish crackers

Can you believe it, its less than a month until the homeschool prom?!

We've been busy planning some great activities for the students at after prom. They include:
- snacks and prizes
- cotton candy machine
- inflatable human "whack-a-mole"
- carpet ball
- Mario Kart
- BINGO
- board games

"Seas" the night at our Under the Sea Homeschool Prom on April 11, 2026. This event is open to all students grades 9 through 12 (and their guests). Hard to believe we are about one month away from the "Under the Sea" Homeschool Prom! A few updates to share here.

We are thrilled to announce that planning is officially underway for the homeschool prom 2026. Save the date for April 11th where our theme this year will be Under the Sea.

As we prepare to celebrate our students with this unique event, we are kicking off our volunteer and fundraising efforts now to ensure we have plenty of time to organize an incredible, yet affordable, experience.

To kick things off, the Uncharted Homeschool Prom Committee requests your input on where you'd like to help out. Whether it's fundraising, decor, setup, or after prom we'd love your help. Please take a few seconds to fill out the survey on where you'd like to help most. Even if you only have one or two hours to spare, items like setup & tear down are great ways to chip in.

Since this is a parent-led event, it requires the help of volunteers like you to see it come to life. Even if your kiddos are not yet in high school or have aged out, your support can help make this event a special one for our homeschool kids. And if you know you are unable to volunteer your time but would like to contribute with a donation, that is totally possible. To make it simple, you can contribute via PayPal to .

More official planning will kick off in January, and our committee will reach out with more specifics down the line but we are hoping to get headcount now to know where any gaps might be. In the meantime, please reach out with any questions.
