The Establishment is looking for an experienced Bartender to work our bar every Saturday from 2 to 7. Stop in and fill out an application or bring in a résumé. Please apply in person only.

Our Chicken Adobo contest is going to be this Saturday the 25th at noon. We have eight contestants. They are bringing it in their favorite recipe for Chicken Adobol. We’ll have other food items as well. Raffle Basket (Kamikaze Delight Basket) 1 ticket for $5.00 and 6 ticket for $20.00. Stop in and have a taste. See if you agree with the Judges. Winner will get bragging rights, of course and a $25 gift card. Stop in for good food and lot of fun. Don’t forget to Buy a ticket!

New opening hours for The Establishment. We are now opening @ 8:00am. Also Sunday thru Thursday we close at Midnight, however if several guest want to stay, we well stay too up to 2:00am. Friday and Saturday we do stay open until 2:00am.

March 16 is our “Custmer Pot Luck” day. Since the 17th is St Pat’s Day, we r hoping St Pat’s can be the food theme. Come, bring a food dish to share and enjoy the day! Starts at 2:00, Josh is ur tender, get ur ticket for our St Pat’s Basket Drawing. See ya then🍀

Get ready for our pajama party Friday night the 28th. The best duo  matching pajamas will each win a $25 gift card. We’re also gonna have two dollar shots every hour on the hour. So put on your best jammies and come on in for pajama party, slippers are optional.

Thanksgiving Day Hours are Open 9-1:00, CLOSE 1-7, Re-open 7-midnight. Larry will be there to open and Honey will close up. Don’t forget, 11/23/25 is The Establishment’s Thanksgiving celebration. Food will be served at noon.
