For generations, this building has been a place filled with stories, memories, and moments shared by our community. As we bring The Bookend Hotel to life, we’re honoring the history that came before us while creating a place for entirely new stories to unfold.

The shelves may look a little different, but storytelling will always be at the heart of this building.

It’s hard to put into words what it feels like to look back at where we started and see how far we’ve come.

What began as an idea and a dream has slowly taken shape, one room, one detail, and one decision at a time. There have been plenty of long days along the way, but watching this building come back to life has made every one of them worth it.

We’re so grateful to everyone who has followed along, encouraged us, shared memories of this building, and believed in what we’re creating.

We’re getting closer, and we truly cannot wait to welcome you through these doors.

As we thoughtfully transform this historic space into The Bookend Hotel, our hope is to carry that same sense of warmth and belonging into its next chapter while honoring everything that made it so special in the first place.
