Tours are offered every Saturday at 1:00pm, 2:30pm, and 4:00pm, for $20 each. Each tour comes with a cocktail (valued up to $15) AND a full guided tasting of our current offerings! 🥃

Introducing September’s Featured Bartender Original, made by AJ, one of our longest-standing bartenders here at GND!

🌎 EARTH, 🌍

AJ’s creation is a spirit-forward blend of our herbalist gin, scotch, orange bitters, angostura bitters, maple syrup, and a luxardo cherry, stirred together and poured over a singular, custom cut ice cube!

“As my very first original cocktail debuting September 1, 2022, the first in a 3 cocktail nod to Earth, Wind and Fire. This has since been adapted twice to fit the menu of the 2023 US Senior Open and finally arriving here utliizing our own spirits. This unique cocktail has been a hit from Day 1 and continues to impress throughout its journey to become a future class. To that, let's raise a glass, Slainte.” - AJ

When it comes to favorites, here are AJ’s:

🥃 Drink- Earth,, Classic Old Fashioned, Sazerac, something with tasty alcohol
🌊 Hobbies - Pokémon Go, being on the water

Did you know it's national potato day? Here at Great Northern we make potato vodka which is a Polish style that roughly 3% of the world does. While vodka is traditionally a tasteless and odorless spirit, using potatoes gives a subtle sweet flavor as compared to grain. It takes about 15 pounds of potatoes make a single bottle.

Stop in on a Saturday for a tour and hear all about the process and enjoy a sample along with all our other available spirits.
