The Shenandoah Valley Discovery Museum had a special ceremony on Monday morning when a non-functioning helicopter was placed on the flat rooftop of the three-story children's museum in downtown Wi******er. It will become a new interactive exhibit to help kids understand helicopters and how they are used. ⬇
