It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1,100 sq ft brick house on 1 acre of land in Monroe county school district! Newly remodeled master bedroom with a walk in closet that is almost as big as a child’s bedroom! Tile floors through kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Vinyl snap together plank floors in both bedrooms. Central heat and air and hot water heater. Fenced in back yard with a 20x20 shop also!

Needs a couple minor repairs that I plan to do myself this week or next. The siding on the shop needs a few repairs as well.

We are waiting for an appraiser to come out and let us know what it’s worth so we can decide what to price it at. I will post pictures later this week as we clean the place up a little bit.
