New Weekly Special: The Cowboy Pizza 🍕🤠

Garrett, one of our talented pizza chefs, went all-in on this week's feature pizza: BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, banana peppers, bacon, Southwest ranch, and crispy stoutie onions, all piled on our signature 10" Otto’s b**r-infused dough.

It’s smoky, tangy, a little spicy, and very much the kind of pizza that makes a pint feel necessary. Our brewers are pairing it with Red Mo Ale, which is a pretty good place to start.

Firkin Friday is getting extra hoppy. 🍻 Today’s firkin: Cryo Simcoe Green We**ie.

Cryo hops are basically the concentrated good stuff—more of the flavorful, aromatic part of the hop, less leafy material. With Simcoe, that means an extra punch of pine, citrus, and fruity hop character in Green We**ie.

Normal tater tots? No, no my friend! We season them with garlic, salt, and pepper, then pile on melted cheese, bacon, scallions, and sour cream.

Our brewers are backing them up with a Spruce Creek L***r, because somebody around here has to make the responsible pairing decisions.

We went digging in the vault. Things got dark. Very dark. 🍺👻

Introducing 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 — no, we didn’t just stumble across a few mystery kegs we forgot existed 😂 These are b**rs we’ve let disappear for a reason: releases thoughtfully tucked away to age, experiments we’ve played with over the years, and old Otto’s favorites making their way back out of the vault as we head toward our 25th anniversary next year. Sometimes a b**r just needs a little time out of the spotlight before it’s ready for another pour.

First out: 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘁, aged in a Barrel 21 Distillery Smoked Bourbon barrel. Our classic Jolly Roger already leans big, roasty, and smoky. Time in that barrel took it further, layering oak, vanilla, and mellow bourbon warmth into all that roasted malt and smoky chocolate goodness.

We’ve got TWO breakfast pizzas on the brunch menu, and the one pictured is our Veggie Breakfast Pizza: b**r-infused dough topped with scrambled eggs, mozzarella and provolone, sautéed peppers, onions, and mushrooms, with maple syrup on the side.
