Some pizza ideas start with a meeting. This one feels like it started with someone saying, “Hear me out…”

Elote cream cheese spread, sweet corn, bacon, pepper jack, and caramelized onions piled onto our beer-infused dough, then finished with cilantro and paprika. Smoky, creamy, a little sweet, a little spicy, and absolutely not interested in being a boring pizza.

Blackberry and vanilla are really having a moment right now… so we tried them in a firkin!

This week’s firkin folds those flavors into Red Mo for something jammy, smooth, and just a little dessert-coded without going overboard. The blackberry brings dark fruit depth while the vanilla rounds everything out with a soft, creamy finish. Like if a berry cobbler and a red ale became best friends. 🍻✨

Fridays & Saturdays from 9–11pm, Otto’s will switch over to our new Late Night Menu with snacks, bigger bites, desserts, and beer-friendly favorites.
