Know before you go and head up to Harry's

Gates open Thursday at noon for The Happening 2026 at Harry Brown’s Farm in Starks, Maine. Box Office is open until 10 PM on Thursday, 11 PM on Friday, and 10 PM on Saturday. Be prepared to wait until morning to drive in if arriving after Box Office closes.

Bring costumes, layers and extra socks, a flashlight or headlamp, a refillable water bottle, and what you need for camp. Help keep the weather at bay by preparing for rain. If it is not yours, bring it to Lost & Found at the Sanctuary or Box Office. No ground scores.

Respect the land, respect the neighbors, respect each other, and help keep the Hill beautiful all weekend. Firewood available by donation to Friends of The Hill, all fires in above ground containers only. Keep the scene clean with no pills, no powders, no gases welcome on The Hill.

Weekend Festival Tickets include camping, parking, all performances, and all activities. Get your tickets before prices increase $20 on Thursday!

Check for locally produced good at their farmstand on your way in to the festival😮

Mama K’s Sanctuary is a protected & grounded space open to all, located next to the Art Tent at The Happening 2026

Friday & Saturday Wharf Rats meetings at noon, Buddy Walks anytime, a place to check-in & out, Buddy Matching, Wellness Experiences, Harm Reduction Support, and a general peaceful energy. Find us for de-escalation support, overnight presence, and a place to visit at the festival.

Head for Starks, Maine next weekend for a festival on Harry's Hill. Check in at the box office to get your wristband, and follow the signs toward the field.

Bring what you need for a weekend outside: camping gear, layers, costumes, reusable water bottle, snacks, comfortable shoes, shorts, a towel and a little patience while everyone finds their way in. Gates open noon on Thursday and close at 10 PM.
